Membership Information

The William Faulkner Society is dedicated to fostering the study of Faulkner from all perspectives and to promoting research, scholarship, and criticism dealing with his writings and their place in literature. The Society sponsors regular panels at MLA and ALA, and holds its annual meetings at the American Literature Association and Modern Language Association Conferences. It is affiliated with The Faulkner Journal.  Membership is open to anyone interested in the writer and his work.

You may join at one of the following levels:

  • One-year membership, $10.00
  • One-year membership with subscription to The Faulkner Journal, $25.00

  • One-year membership with international subscription to The Faulkner Journal, $33.00
  • Three-year membership, $30.00
  • Three-year membership with subscription to The Faulkner Journal, $75.00
  • Three-year membership with international subscription to The Faulkner Journal, $99.00

Membership is by calendar year.  You may join for multiple years by indicating the number of years and sending the appropriate sum.  Please include your preferred mailing address and (if you would like these to appear in the Society's mailing list) your phone number, e-mail address, and fax number.

If you would like to receive The Faulkner Journal, the major U. S. scholarly publication devoted to Faulkner studies, please include an additional $15 ($23 international) for a one-year subscription. A single check is sufficient.
